Per 20 anni Boss ha abbinato il nome del classico effetto "flanger" al pedale BF-2. Oggi, con il nuovo modello BF-3 Boss ha voluto offrire a chitarristi e bassisti ulteriori sonorità stereofoniche in aggiunta alle classiche già presenti.
